You might have seen them at the greengrocer already or at the market: asparagus, it’s that time of the year again! Did you know that Asparagus comes derrives from the latin word for ‘sprinkeling’? Or that the ancient Egyptians already ate them 3000 years B.C.? To celebrate the fact that this ‘white gold’ is avalaible again, our chef made a beautiful
