We have something to confess. The various menu’s from last month did not pass by as a coincidence. We were working on the development of something new; a new concept!
The last 6 years, Nevy has created wonderful (fish) dishes with the finest ingredients, but we think it is time for something different. A new approach, where we will create wonderful dishes with the same amount of passion.
Before we will start doing so in January, our chefs will prepare one more time the absolute Nevy favorites!
Our staff came many times into time trouble, but the result was always rewarding – Tartar Nevy 2 persons – tuna tartare prepared at the table with crostini's, salad and shallot dressing ( € 19.50 2p.)
Bouillabaisse – served in a cast-iron teapot with various fish, vegetables, rouille and crostini with cheese gratin (€ 12.50 p.p)
We used to joke around in the winter saying that Nevy was never without salt – sea bream in salt crust; lettuce with French dressing and potato moussiline (€ 34.50 2p)
Dessert - Blood orange cheesecake with sorbet and lemon crumble - (€ 8,- p.p.) Need we say more?
*The 4-course menu costs € 39.50 and is only possible to order with 2 persons.

Nevy is closed during Christmas, but of course we will celebrate Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve! We will open our doors at 18h.

Every Friday Oyster Happy Hour 1 euro!
What better way to start the weekend with oysters?
At Nevy we will provide you every Friday with both oysters and nice drinks during our Oyster Happy Hour from 18h00 untill 19h00. And to assure you will eat as much oysters as you'd like they will only cost 1 euro a piece!
You can choose from three different preparations; -Mignonette, - A la Chalaca adn - Sabayon of Cava. For only 1 euro a piece, it might be a good idea to just try them all!
Besides nice wines, we will also offer you a great gin flight. Three surprising gin & tonics that change every week, and of course they fit great with the taste of the oysters!
Because every weekend deserves a proper kickoff!
From now on Nevy guests are able to park their car in the IJdock Parking garage for a very special rate. Nevy has time cards to make it more affordable than when you would park elsewhere.
Normally the costs are € 5, - per hour, but Nevy makes it more attractive for you. You can park your car as usual. When you leave Nevy please show your parking ticket to the Nevy staff. They will give you a 50% discount voucher on the total amount!
